Nations League draw: England faces Spain and Croatia, and Wales faces defending champion Portugal

England will face Spain, Croatia and the Czech Republic in the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League group stage, while Wales are in the same group as holders Portugal.
England and Wales, who will also play Denmark and Norway in a bid to qualify for the knockout stages, have secured promotion to League One in the 2024-25 competition.
Scotland, who will compete in their first World Cup finals since 1990 this summer, will meet Switzerland, Slovenia and North Macedonia in their League Two group.
Also in League Two, Northern Ireland will play Hungary, Ukraine and Georgia, while the Republic of Ireland will face Israel, Austria and Kosovo.
The fifth edition of the European Nations League is scheduled to be held between September 2026 and June 2027.
The competition comprises four groups of four teams each in Leagues A, B and C, and two groups of three teams in League D.
