Foster care abuser Vincent Chan was sentenced to 18 years in prison

In total, Chan admitted five counts of sexual assault by penetration, four counts of sexual assault by touching, one count of sexual assault on a female, 23 counts of taking indecent photographs of children, six counts of taking indecent photographs of children, six charges of public indecency, and 11 charges of voyeurism.
