A Mexican man is in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after committing sex crimes against children
A Mexican national has been arrested for sexually assaulting a child under the age of 10.
The Department of Homeland Security arrested Jose Hilario Milan Flores, 30, of Mexico, on February 2.
Jose Hilario Milan Flores, 30, was arrested on charges of lewd acts with a child under 14, sodomy with a victim under 10, sexual penetration of a victim under 14, and obstruction of a public servant.
Los Angeles ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations arrested him on February 2nd.
The photo published by the agency shows him wearing a white shirt and smiling.
It is unclear whether Flores’ victim was male or female.
Flores is in ICE custody awaiting removal, according to the feds.
