Central Asians living in Ukraine have brought some ancestral traditions to help those facing harsh winters and power outages. Russian air attacks may have caused widespread power outages, but more cities now have warm tents and friendly hosts serving hot rice dishes from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
